Poori is a fried dish prepared using wheat flour. We can have poori for breakfast, as snack or even dinner. Poori baaji (Aloo/potato dry curry), Poori Saagu (vegetable curry), Poori Shreekandh are world wide known dishes. Not only kids all the age group love to eat Poori.
Spicy Poori is bit different from normal poori. I have added red chilly powder, jeera and other spices. This Spicy poori is my son's favourite and we like it too.
This is a fried dish and children especially love to have them. It is one of the easy dish and we can have them with plain curd.

Note :

Use water carefully while preparing the dough or it might take more oil while frying. You can add spices according to your wish. More/Less. You can use chat masala/ garam masala /pav bhaji masala etc Use of masala should be less or it might taste bitter. (Any kind masala 1/2 teaspoon will be sufficient). According to the quantity also matter. Adding fresh ghee to the flour softens the dough and good pooris you will get. Adding rice flour helps to get the crisp and fluffy pooris.
