Sweet and Spicy Rava Rotti.

Rava ( Samolina ) Spicy and Sweet Rotti is a delicious dish and you can have them for breakfast, or as evening snack or as dinner too.
Things Needed :
Rava ( Samolina ):  2 Cups. ( medium size ).
Wheat flour :2 Table spoons.
Curd : 2 Table spoons.
Cucumber : 2  ( Small size ).
Salt : to taste.
Water : Required.
Coconut : 2 to 3 Table spoons. ( Optional ).
Oil :  4 to 5 Table spoons.
Wash and grate cucumber ,  Mix Rava, wheat flour.  curd, grated cucumber, grated coconut and salt  in a big bowl. Add required water and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now divide the dough into two portions  in separate bowls.
Spicy Rava Rotti .
Green chilly : 2 (  Medium size )
Coriander leaves : 2 To 3 Table spoons.
Curry leaves : 2 To 3 Table spoons.
Method : Mix curry leaves , coriander leaves, green chilly in one of the Rava misture and mix it nicely.  N9w keep a tava or a dosa pan on the fire and heat . Sprinkle some oil on the tava . Take a handful of  Spicy Rava mixture in hand and spread it on a pan. Cover the lid .Let ut cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now turn the rotti other side and cook that side for 1 minute. Serve hot Rava wheat Rotti is ready to serve. Repeat the same with the remaining Rotti dough.
Sweet Rotti:
Things Needed :
The other portion of  Rava mixture.
Jaggery : 2 to 3 Table spoons.
Banana :1 riped .( small or medium size ).
Smash banana and mix with jaggery  and mix it with the other portion of Rava . Mix it  thouroughly . Keep a pan on the fire and heat. Put a tea spoon of oil and spread it nicely. Now take a spoon ful of  the  sweet rava mixture and spread on the tava in a round shape.like dosa and cook on low flame for 2 minutes and turn the other side and cook the other side . Put a spoon of oil  on the top before turning  rava rotti. Sweet and hot spicy Rava Rotti are ready to serve. Serve a spoon of ghee on the top of sweet rotti to get more tasty. Repeat teh same with the rest of the  dough.
Note : Muxt mix the thing nicely. Cook on medium heat . Can add more oil or ghee if you wish.Can be eater with chutney or sambar. You can add cut onions to spicy dosa if you wish.   Can add cardamom and more jaggery to the sweet rotti dough and mix it nicely .


4 serves. ( both together).
