Fresh Corn is available in market. I got it from near by Smart Bazar. We had eaten already 2 of them. Just boil with salt and eat. Thats filling, healthy way of eating.
Here I have tried it preparing Tikki by using boiled corn and some puffed rice which we call it Mandakki.
Boied Corn juct chop from top to bottom to get the corn pods.
Take a bowl and add chopped corn pods and and 1 bpwl of puffed rice.
Add 2 slices of bread and powder it by hand. Add coriander leaves, cut green chilly , garam masala 1/2 tsp, chilly powder 1/2 tsp and little salt.
Mix every thing, sprinkle some water and prepare dough.
Take a handful of the dough give a shape of your choice and cook on hot tava. Use generous oil on both sides.
Serve with Ketch up or some green chutney.
