Jack fruits are healthy Seasonal fruits. The seeds also contain lots of good vitamins and minerals.
Even the people who lived in forest used to fill their stomach with jack fruits to save them from hunger. It is so good to have them.
Here is a recipe that I prepared prepared Jack fruit seeds Tikki and it turned so good and tasty.

Jackfruit seeds are rich in dietary fiber with B complexVitamins.
They prevent constipation and good for weight loss.
Jackfruit seeds are rich in resistance starch and good for controlling blood sugar and keeps the gut healthy.

Things Needed :
Cooked Jackfruits seeds : 10 to 15.
Bread slices : 4 to 6.
Rava /Semolina thin variety : 1/4 cup.
Grated carrot : 2 Carrots
Thin cut green chilly : 2 to 3 Chilly to be cut into small pieces.
Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder : 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala ; 1/2 tsp
Salt : As required.
Coriander leaves : 1/2 bundle.
Method :
1. Wash and grate carrots.
2. Wash and cut chilli into very thin.
3. Wash and thin cut coriander leaves.
4. Remove the hard part from jackfruit seeds and pressure cook.
5. Dry grind once it is cool. Dry grind the bread slices.
6. Take a big bowl and add dry grinded jackfruit seeds, cut coriander leaves, cut chillies and grated carrots.
7. Add salt, chat masala, garam masala, chilli powder, thin semolina and powdered bread.
8. Mix everything and prepare the dough like chapati dought. Do not add any water.
9. Knead this dough and divide into small portions.
10. Keep a pan on the fire and heat. Add some oil
11. Pat the small portion of the tikki dough and give a shape of your choice.
12. Cook them or shallow fry them on both sides.
13. When it turns golden brown take it out. Prepare the tikki with remaining dough.
14. Serve Jackfruit seeds Tikki with your choice of side dish like, tomato ketch up, chutney of pudina/ mint, coriander leaves and sweet chutney prepared from dates.
Note.
Do not use any water while preparing dough.
You can add more bread slices if you feel the dough is still wet. (Watery).
You can also dip the tikki in raw rava and then roast on tava. ( Use chiroti rava/ Thin variety rava).
Use generous oil to roast.
You can also deep fry these tikkies. ( Optional).
