Spicy Khara Poori .

 Kara Pooris are best for chill mornings. Its one of my favourite food breakfast. Eating oily thing in the morning will be disgested easily is my concept. 
So Hot Kara Poori is eaten with some curry or with a cup of curd serves the breakfast mission. 



Take a big bowl. Add 2 cups of wheat flour. 1 tsp of chilly powder,1 tbs ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds, little dry methi, pinch of ingh and required salt.


Mix all the ingredients well. 



Add little by little water and prepare dough. (let it be little thick than chapati).


Knead the dough well. Add a tsp of oil on top.






Divide them into small portions .


Take a small portion and roll as small poori.


Keep a cup of oil in a pan and heat.



Prepare pooris and serve.
