Banana -Almond Halwa.

Banana -Almond Halwa is a sweet dish .

Things Needed:
Banana : 6 to 8
Almond : 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom : 5 to 6
Ghee : 4 to 6 table spoon

Method :
Remove the skin and place the banana in a bowl. Smash them one by one and mix with sugar.
Dry grind the Almond and remove from the dry grinder. Keep a pan on the fire and put banana - sugar mixture and add ground almond powder . Stir on the slow fire Add ghee a little by little and continue stirring until the mixture gets thicker. Stir until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes more and remove from the pan and spread it on the plate. Cut it according to your wish when it cools .

Note: Add cardamom while dry grinding Almonds. Stir halwa on the slow fire . You can add saffron if you want. Can remove the ghee which comes out once the halwa is done.
10 to 15 small pieces can be done .
